I am so incredibly proud to be a Sattva Yoga teacher for two reasons, this practice changed my life for the better and unlocked a potential in me I never knew existed. I’ve found direction, purpose and a passion for life that I so fortunately have been able to make a career out of. I’ve studied under the guidance of Rameen Peyrow for the last 9 years. After my first teacher training In 2014 I was compelled to make a solo pilgrimage to India and studied under the guidance of Swami Sudhir at the Shiva Yoga Peeth in Rishikesh, India. I returned to Edmonton and assisted with Jade Ponech for a year before teaching at the Sattva School. I was inspired after my time in the assisting program to continue my studies of anatomy, physiology and body work and am now a 2200 hour certified Remedial Massage Therapist. I am currently planning on travelling back to Thailand to take my 600 hour Thai yoga massage teacher training in Chiang Mai. I am absolutely fascinated by the human body, and love that my field of work has endless opportunity to study so many modalities of holistic healing. This work is my meditation, it is the deepest expression of loving kindness and I am happy to be of service. I am deeply invested in the holistic healing properties of this ancient wisdom tradition and aim to inspire practitioners to find balance within their practice and live from the space of their purest potential.
