SATTVA Foundations

We are excited about our launch of the new SATTVA Foundations series! Each individual class is designed to systematically open the body beginning with increasing the flexibility within the legs, working through stiffness and increasing range of motion in the hips and pelvis, lengthening and strengthening the postural muscles of the torso, and finally improving alignment and opening within the arms, shoulders, neck and head.

Our Foundations classes are perfect for EVERY BODY! Whether you are a newer practitioner with little or no previous experience with yoga or an advanced student, each of these four classes offer you the tools meant to unlock flexibility, access healing, and build strengthen in your body.

LEGS (SATTVA Foundations)

This class is designed to specifically target and open up the legs so that you can unlock secret flexibility within your entire practice. PELVIS (SATTVA Foundations)

Key postures will be taught to open the hips and pelvis to increase the range of motion and comfort in the body, especially the hips and lower back. Offered every Tuesday, 3:00-4:00pm and Sunday, 1:30-2:45pm.

TORSO (SATTVA Foundations)

This specialty class is specifically for strengthening and toning the torso and bringing a greater level of attention to the whole upper body. This sequence will develop and give access to strong postural muscles that enhance the structure of the body, while releasing tension and stiffness around the waist. Offered Wednesdays and Fridays, 3:00-4:00pm.

This posture sequence focuses on increasing mobility and opening within the arms, shoulders, neck, and head to support correct posture for living and clear alignment for deepening your yoga practice. Offered every Thursday, 3:00-4:00pm
