Yoga is an extension of myself. In the sattva community we talk about showing up and doing the work. This is true for our physical, pranayama and meditation practice, but it is also so true for our daily lives. Yoga resonates with me because I can take the practice and apply it to all aspects of my sweet and very full life. I am truly thankful for my supportive family who consistently teach me so much life yoga. There is a greek word “Meraki” and it means to do something with soul, creativity or love. It means to leave a piece of yourself in your work and that is my intention. I am so grateful for all my previous teachers, some of which led me directly to Rameen Peyrow and his wonderful infinite SATTVA practice.
